You can use an All-Mountain snowboard on the slopes, in the park, between the natural halfpipe elements, but also between the wild pine trees. Louise is a snowboard that meets all your needs and focuses on groomers (piste) and freestyle, it is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers.
True TwinTip
What has an identical front and back? A Twin Tip!
Mount your snowboard bindings centrally on the board, and whether you are regular or goofy, Louise snowboard rides great in all directions!
This is ideal if you are not yet completely sure whether you are on the right or left front. Of course it is perfect for park riders who ride out their features in switch, you don't want to get into trouble if you have to land blind.
Blunted Nose Tail
A blunted or blunted nose & tail makes for a shorter board, making it easier to place nose or tail grabs. The shorter length also makes it easier to perform rotations because you have to carry less weight.
For the jibbers among us, don't panic! This blunted nose & tail turns just as well on the slopes as a traditional shape. It just looks a bit cooler and is easier to store when you take the snow lift onto the slopes ;-)
Flex 3/5
Every snowboard can bend, some more than others. We rated this snowboard as medium flex of 3 out of 5 (or 4 out of 10). That's not too hard and not too soft. That's why Louise a forgiving and high-performance snowboard with the right balance for sufficient grip and stability.
Of course, your body weight, but also your height, is the determining factor. If you choose a smaller board, the flex will be softer. With a larger snowboard just a little harder, of course.
- You take the snowboard length up to your chin height, of course measuring with boots off.
- More lift needed in powder snow: take a slightly longer snowboard (max 2 cm).
- A manageable board for the park or street; reduce your board size (max 2cm).
Traditional High Camber
The best choice for a new snowboard is one with a camber profile.
Regardless of your skills or style, they can be used all-round on and off the slopes.
The upward undulation, seen from the side, gives you the most contact with snow during cornering! This is it Louise snowboard stable at high speed and therefore very suitable for carving down the groomer slope.
When Louise is de-flexed, it immediately pops back into its original shape. This not only ensures that you can easily maintain edges: this powerful energy gives freestylers an extra boost when jumping from objects such as rails, boxes, and jumps!
Advantages:
- Stable at speed
- Very precise when carving
- Lots of jumping power (Pop)
- Lots of energy and resilience from the corners
Premium quality
The construction of Louise may look like a hot dog, but we guarantee you a playful snowboard of top quality!
We wrap a solid wood poplar core (Popcor_N) in biaxial fiberglass (BAFL) and press it together with a unique Extru+ Base. The bottom of this snowboard is easy to maintain and can take a beating. This way you won't lose speed and you don't have to be afraid of sustaining damage in the park.
Thanks to a specially placed rubber damping mechanism next to the ABS sidewalls, we minimize chatter when your speed increases. Thanks to the combination with EuroSteel Edges, we create a razor-sharp 90° angle that you can tune to your own wishes, allowing you to carve stably down the mountain.
