The secret behind a good P-tex binding with your damaged ski or snowboard? That's Metal Grip!
Fill the damage with a very thin layer of MetalGrip before filling with normal Ptex and your repair will be stronger and therefore last longer. You apply Metal Grip like P-tex, with an open flame or a soldering iron. Of course, this can also be used as the only filler.
