What shipping options are there?

National (Belgium)
Pick up at Wax'n Board
Come pick up your order for free. Contact us in advance for an appointment and we'll make sure your purchase is ready to take with you!
Courier Service Wax'n Board
We come to your location to deliver certain products or services. During the winter season we always bundle appointments per region. Attention, we will make an appointment with you. If no one is present at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a relocation fee of at least €50.
BPOST
Our national deliveries with BPOST are provided with a Track & Trace number as well as a confirmation of receipt. BPOST will drop by at the reception location indicated by you, during office hours (Mon-Fr, 9-17:00). However, exceptions may apply during the holiday periods, or exceptional measures.
DPD Parcelshop
We ship certain goods via DPD. The shipment is provided with a Track & Trace code and confirmation of receipt. After confirmation of delivery you can pick up your shipment in the local DPD Parcelshop.
International (EU)
DPD
Together with DPD we can deliver your shipment internationally. DPD provides your package with a Track & Trace number and a delivery confirmation. Deliveries are made during local office hours. Certain shipments can be delivered in a regional DPD Parcel shop.
GLS
We also ship internationally via GLS. You will receive a unique Track & Trace code to track your shipment. GLS will make a delivery during local business hours.
Others..
Do you have a cooperation contract, or do you simply prefer another transport service? Contact us in advance, after which you can take over the payment, administration and any risks from us to have your shipment delivered by your preferred partner.
Standard shipping costs
National (Belgium)
The rates depend on various factors. Our webshop will therefore display the current and exact cost price after you have added the goods to the shopping cart. Enter your details, including the delivery address, in the page to Check Out, after which you can see the total price including shipping costs.
International (EU)
Unfortunately, shipping from Belgium is not always an economical choice. To reduce costs for you as a customer, we use fixed prices for this. During order picking, we look at what is the cheapest shipping option at that time (DPD, GLS, or other..). To display the rate for your country, add the desired item to the shopping cart. On the page to Check Out, you can see the total price including current shipping costs.

Duration, damage, loss and conditions
Delivery time
We ship orders 1 to 2 business days upon receipt of a successful payment. However, this timer can increase during holiday periods, public holidays or periods of exceptional measures. In that case we will communicate about this.
Depending on the transport company, a shipment will take on average 1 to 5 working days. This depends on holidays or periods of exceptional measures. We cannot guarantee delivery times and therefore advise you to place an order in time. You can always follow the status via a Track & Trace code.
Damage or loss
To avoid loss or damage, we will always provide a Track & Trace number. We always make every effort to avoid lost or damaged shipments.
You should always visually inspect your shipment before signing for receipt. If the packaging is damaged, you may return the shipment by not accepting, otherwise you agree to the carrier's terms of delivery. If you do this anyway, there is no possibility to compensate damage.
A signature is always required for delivery of a shipment. If you choose to have the shipment delivered to another, so-called safe, location, you transfer the responsibility from Wax'n Board to yourself. In the event of any loss, you will therefore have to make recourse to the transport service and/or your insurance company.
Conditions
On all our services, including shipping, the Terms and Conditions apply. You agree to this as soon as you give an order to Wax´n Board, and/or make a payment. In addition, the general terms and conditions drawn up by the chosen transport service always apply. You can find these additional conditions on the supplier's website.
